The PTO provides practical enablement which benefits students, teachers and families. We help our school purchase technology, programs and materials that are not in their budget. We are also the primary funding for all the extras and FUN which kids look forward to and make the school experience special.
Last year, we were able to fund events such as the Trunk or Treat, Holiday Gift Shop and Spring Carnival. We were also able provide teacher stipends for classroom needs and technology resources for students in the form of 5 new Windows PCs and 7 new Chromebooks.
We need your help!
This school year we continue in "recovery mode" and rebuilding the PTO. Over the past few years we've been affected by COVID and the splitting of enrolled students with Atfalati Ridge Elementary. Both of which have affected our PTO Board and volunteers as well as drastically reducing our fund raising.
How it's done...
Teachers, families and local businesses work together to help fundraise by:
- Holding events such as the Fun'd Run
- Donating online
- Scanning receipts for Box Tops for Education
- Shopping at certain local and national retailers
